Is there a subscription or a minimum volume?

No. There is no monthly fee, no minimum spend and no contract to sign. You pay per delivery, at the price shown before you book, whether that is one job a month or twenty a day.
How does billing work?

Your account runs from a prepaid credit balance. You top the balance up, and each booking draws down from it at the exact price you were quoted. Every booking, its price and its VAT are recorded against your account, so reconciliation is a matter of reading the list back.
Is VAT included?

The total you approve before booking is all-in with VAT at 20% included, shown as its own line. There is no figure that grows after you confirm.
How quickly can you collect?

What can you carry?

We are motorbike-only today: up to 45 × 45 × 45 cm and 10 kg, which covers documents, samples, small parts and most parcels. Vans for larger and multi-drop loads are coming.
