Is VAT included in the price?

The price you see is the price you pay. We are not VAT registered yet, so there is no VAT to add. When we cross the £90,000 threshold, VAT will be added on top of these prices as its own line — and a VAT-registered business reclaims it, so the real cost does not change.
How is the price worked out?

Every service level has a starting price that covers the first 3 miles of the real driving route, plus a rate for each mile after that — and that rate steps DOWN as the journey gets longer. Standard starts at £14.70 and adds £2.55 per extra mile up to 20 miles, falling to £1.75 beyond 100.
How much more are Priority and Direct?

Standard starts at £14.70 and adds £2.55 per extra mile; Priority starts at £17.30 and adds £3.00 per extra mile; Direct starts at £22.50 and adds £4.00 per extra mile. On a 5-mile job that works out at £19.80 Standard, £23.30 Priority, £30.50 Direct, all-in.
Is the price based on distance in a straight line?

No. We map the actual driving route between your pickup and drop-off, so the mileage you are charged for is the journey a rider really makes.
Can the price change after I book?

No. The quote is locked in when you book, so the amount charged always matches the amount you agreed.
How do I pay?
