Is VAT included in the price?
Yes. Every quote and every booking on GoBrUk is shown all-in with VAT (20%) included — the price you see is the price you pay.
How is the price worked out?
Price is based on the real driving distance between pickup and drop-off, plus your chosen service level. A base fare covers the first 2 miles and each additional mile is added on top.
Do Priority and Direct cost more than Standard?
Yes. Standard is our best value; Priority and Direct add a premium for a chosen delivery window or a dedicated, direct rider. The exact difference is shown in your quote before you book.
How do I pay?
You pay by card or from your prepaid credit balance. You always see the full, all-in price before you confirm.
