What is the difference between Standard, Priority and Direct?

All three are same-day. Standard always delivers by 8:00 PM and is the best value. Priority lets you set your own deadline, for jobs that must land by a particular hour. Direct sends a dedicated rider straight to the destination and is the fastest option. Standard starts at £14.70, Priority starts at £17.30, Direct starts at £22.50 for the first 3 miles.
How quickly can a rider collect?

Choose ASAP and a rider collects within roughly 30 minutes. You can also schedule a collection in 15-minute slots, up to 10:00 PM on the day.
Where do you deliver?

We are based in London and deliver same-day right across the United Kingdom. Longer distances are priced automatically from the driving route.
What can a motorbike carry?

Documents, samples and parcels up to 45 × 45 × 45 cm and 10 kg. Van capacity for larger and multi-drop loads is coming soon.
How is the price calculated?

Each service level has a starting price covering the first 3 miles of the real driving route, plus a rate for every mile after that. The mile rate steps DOWN as the journey gets longer, so a long run costs less per mile than a short one — the full table is on the pricing page.
Do I need an account?
